Responsibilities	:
Duties	:	Well-versed in construction requirements and effective monitoring & control at site. Able to coordinate well with consultants concering design requirements and technical matters during construction phases. Good interpersonal & communication skills and technical competency. Can work independently and has management skills.

Relevant Experience	:	Minimum 8 years working experience in similar capacity
Computer & Language Skills	:
Requirements	:	Able to lead a project team for timely completion and in cost-effective manner. Able to effectively deal with main contractors & nominated subcontractors.
