Site Manager / Construction Manager (Based in Kota Kinabalu)
Responsibilities	:
Duties	:	Able to plan, organise, oversee and manage the construction sequences and site activities for timely completion and within cost budget. Able to provide timely report and feedback to Mgmt. Able to liaise with all relevant authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth execution and implementation of the project for timely completion.

Min Qualification	:	Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent. Independent, self-starter, proactive, technically competent and team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work under pressure
Relevant Experience	:	Above 12 years experience in construction works and/or property development preferably in site management of shopping mall or mega commercial projects
Computer & Language Skills	:
Requirements	:	Able to coordinate well all multi-disciplinary construction works of the project including architectural, engineering, specialist works, interior fir-out and testing & commissioning of works
