The following are the subsidiaries of Asian Pac and its principal activities:

BH Realty Sdn Bhd


The projects completed by BH Realty are as follows:

  • Phase One consists of 151 units of 1½-storey light industrial terraces and semi-detached factories;
  • Phase Two consists of 23 units shops/offices and 138 units apartments;
  • Fortune Square 1 consists of 48 lots of 4½-storey shops and offices with lifts;
  • Fortune Square 2 consists of 134 units of traditional 2-storey and 3-storey shops and offices;
  • Fortune Park consists of 258 units of terraces and 40 units of semi-detached houses;
  • Fortune Court consists of 110 units of shops and 441 units of apartments;
  • Fortune Central consists of 41 units of 3-storey and 4-storey shops/offices.
  • Fortune Avenue consists of 77 units of shops and 750 units of condominiums.

    The project currently under planning is Fortune Eight, a proposed development of a sub-basement, retail outlets, elevated carparks and 540 units of condominium.



    BH Builders Sdn Bhd

    The projects completed by BH Builders Sdn Bhd are as follows:

  • Levenue I consists of 44 units of 3-storey terrace houses, 66 units of 3-storey semi-detached houses and 1 unit bungalow;
  • Levenue II consists of 28 units of 2-storey terrace bungalows, 67 units of 2-storey terrace houses and 2 units of bungalows.

    The projects currently under construction is Prima Sri Gombak which consists of 123-units of 3-storey commercial development with 2 floors of showroom concept.



    Taman Bestari Sdn Bhd

    Taman Bestari completed a development of 24 units of high-end, low density condominiums on a piece of freehold land measuring approximately 5,860.162 sq. meter held under Geran 35466, Lot 72, Section 71, Jalan Tun Ismail, Bandar Kuala Lumpur.



    Syarikat Kapasi Sdn Bhd

    Kapasi owns two pieces of 99 years leasehold land measuring approximately 23.45 acres located at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah which have been approved for the development of a new commercial hub comprising shopping mall, apartments, hotels and commercial offices. This development was segregated into two phases, namely: KK Times Square Signature Offices and The Mall

    KK Times Square Phase 1 known as the Signature Offices consists of 12 blocks of 5, 6 and 8-storey business suites, shop-offices and retail outlets. KK Times Square Phase 2 is an integrated commercial project known as The Mall. The Mall comprising 4 levels of shopping, leisure and entertainment mall, 2 blocks of Hotels and 2 blocks of 9-storey service apartments.

    Kapasi also has a commercial zoned piece of 99 years leasehold land at Kampung Karamunsing, District of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, measuring approximately 6.542 acres. This piece of land is currently being developed into 8 blocks of commercial shop-offices with 16 lots of 3-storey shops/offices and 39 lots of 2-storey shops.



    Selamat Ayer Puteh Co Sdn Bhd

    Selamat Ayer Puteh Co Sdn Bhd (Selamat), a company incorporated in Malaysia, is involved in property investment and development. Selamat owns 688 acres of freehold land located at the Mukim of Ayer Puteh, District of Pendang, Kedah.



    Wangsa Mashyur Sdn Bhd

    Wangsa Mashyur owns a piece of 99 years leasehold land measuring approximately 50.00 acres located at Mukim of Rawang, District of Gombak, Selangor Darul Ehsan which has been approved for mixed development.



    Tekad Intisari Sdn Bhd

    Tekad Intisari entered into a joint venture agreement with Lembaga Pemegang-Pemegang Amanah Yayasan Negeri Sembilan for the development of 2 pieces of 99 years leasehold land measuring approximately 8.0 acres located at Jalan Bukit Tembok and Jalan Rahang, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
