Location : Kota Kinabalu

Purpose of Position:

The incumbent will be handling daily accounting operational activities in the Finance Department which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, monthly accounts closing and management reports and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Descriptions:
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial report, cash flow statement and management report
  • Process payments and all petty cash payments
  • Prompt submission of monthly, periodical and ad hoc reports on timely manner
  • Handle internal and external parties such as auditors, tax agents and bankers
  • Ensure internal controls are in accordance with the Group SOP compliance at all times
  • Assist ad-hoc projects assigned by the Finance Manager


Job Requriements:
  • Diploma/LCCI or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years working experience in similar capacity preferably in property management/building management and/or construction industry
  • Sound knowledge of handling full set of accounts and ability to analyse financial data
  • Knowledge in GST is an added advantage
  • High proficiency in MS Office and able to operate Intsoft or MHW Accounting System will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin or major Chinese dialects is an added advantage
  • Able to interact with all levels of employees and able to work in a team based environment
  • Meticulous attention to details, well organised, able to work under minimum supervision and meeting tight deadlines
