Site Admin Clerk (Based at KD Site) (Project Department)


Location : Site - Kota Damansara

 Qualification & Experience:

· Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration, Business Management or related discipline.

· Minimum 1 year working experience in administration or secretarial.

· Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 standard and preparation, implementation and maintenance of the quality management system will be an added advantage

 

Job Description

Responsible in assisting and providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. Act as document controller for the team.

· To assist the department and managers in day-to-day operation & administrative works.

· To handle all correspondences, faxes and general emails for the project / department.

· To monitor, processes, circulate and record all incoming and outgoing correspondences promptly for the project / department.

· To archive, store and control catalogues and samples including labelling for Property Development Division reference.

· To ensure all documents are properly filed systematically (soft and hard copy).

· To carry out filing according to the Company Filing Index (CFI).

· To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
