  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data engineering concepts, techniques, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud solutions, particularly in using Azure cloud services (Azure Function, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, etc.) and/or AWS cloud services (AWS Glue, Lambda, Amazon Redshift, etc.).

  • Degree in Property Management / Building Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years working experience in property management and/or facilities management services in property development industry.
  • 3 – 4 years of management experience and able to lead a team.
  • Has strong experience in office building and residential components management.
  • Ability management skill in handling office staff, contractors and service providers.
  • Knowledge of Strata Titles Act / Building and Common Property Act.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 standard and preparation, implementation and maintenance of the quality management system will be an added advantage.
  • To facilitate the management of office building and residential components at sites when required. To assist in delivery of residential building vacant possession and manage the defects for units under Defect Liability Period (DLP).
  • To ensure and manage Strata Management for Stratified development of the group of companies.
  • To liaise with government and statutory bodies on all aspects with regards to property, facilities and management and to ensure all licenses and permits of the sites are timely renewed.
