  • Degree in Property Management / Building Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 – 10 years working experience in property management and/or facilities
    management services in property development industry.
  • 3 – 4 years of management experience and able to lead a team.
  • Has strong experience in office building and residential components management.
  • Ability management skill in handling office staff, contractors and service providers.
